• Permanent resident of rural areas • Female, preferably married between 18–35 years of age • Had at least ten years of education, preferably with science subjects • Experience of working in the community • Certification with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) and registered with MNCH • Willing for partnership, expansion of quality services and business • Willing to be checked for her work, report, audit etc. • Willing to provide services on standardized rates |  |
